Cleveland Cavaliers fans are getting a nice Christmas gift.
Star centre/forward Evan Mobley will return for Thursday’s game against the New York Knicks after missing the past 13 days with a calf strain, ESPN’s Shams Charania reported.
Mobley is averaging career-highs of 19.1 points and 4.1 assists, as well as 9.3 rebounds per game.
Mobley was an all-star for the first time last season and was named the NBA’s defensive player of the year.
The Cavs (17-14) enter the day seventh in the Eastern Conference.
