Google Calendar allows users to view tasks on mobile devices

Google Calendar has recently added a new feature that allows users to check their tasks on their mobile devices.

Users may now create, view, and delete their tasks in Android and iOS versions of Google Calendar. It helps them to keeps to-do’s visible and may allocate time to accomplish them, helping them for their productivity.

All the tasks added to the calendar automatically syncs across desktop and mobile. The feature will be available by default.


Here’s how to add a task to the Google Calendar from mobile:
1. Open Google Calendar.
2. On the left, under “My calendars,” make sure Tasks are checked.
3. Click on an empty slot on the Google Calendar. You can also click the plus sign in the top left.
4. Click Task.
5. Enter in a title and description.
6. To add the new task to a specific task list, choose one.
7. Click Save.

The feature is now available on the Google Calendar app on iOS and Android devices. All GSuite customers and users with personal Google accounts may enjoy the feature.
