Acer Swift 3X, Spin 5, Spin 3, Aspire 5 now official

Acer has officially unveiled its latest Swift, Spin, and Aspire Series notebooks equipped with 11th Gen Intel Core processors and Intel Iris Xe graphics.

The Swift 3X flaunts a 14-inch FHD IPS screen covering 72% of the NTSC color gamut and offers an 84% screen-to-body ratio. It is equipped with Intel WiFi 6 (Gig+) and has plenty of ports such as USB-C, Thunderbolt 4, and USB 3.2 Gen 2. The Swift 3X can last up to 17.5 hours under most task-intensive apps usage and can be fast-charged to provide 4 hours of usage in just 30 minutes. It has a modern and lightweight body at 1.37kg.

Next on the list is the Acer Spin 5, a touchscreen convertible notebook equipped with an optional Antimicrobial Corning Gorilla Glass layer. It boasts a lightweight design at 1.2kg and a 14.9mm thin body. It features 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processors and a a 360-degree hinge design that allows transforming the device in various forms, including the tablet mode for note-taking and clamshell mode for typing. The Acer Spin 5 also comes with an integrated Acer Active Stylus with Wacom AES technology. Moreover, it comes with an optional BPR & EPA-compliant silver-ion antimicrobial agent on the keyboard’s coating and the surrounding surface, which has proven to reduce the rate against bacteria under the JIS Z 2801 & ISO 22196 test protocol. Its other features include up to 15 hours of battery life, multiple USB Type-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 certification, Killer 1650 Wi-Fi, and dual front-facing speakers.

The Acer Spin 3, on the other hand, sports a 13.3-inch WQXGA (2560×1600) multi-touch IPS display. Like the Spin 5, it also rotates 360-degrees and comes with a built-in Acer Active Stylus with 4,096 pressure sensitivity levels to make the most of the touch screen for sketching or writing. The device is paired with dual SSDs, a couple of USB Type-C ports with Thunderbolt 4, and Killer 1650 Wi-Fi.

Lastly, the Acer Aspire 5 features a full HD IPS touchscreen display surrounded by thin bezels. Other than the 11th Gen Intel Core processors with Iris X graphics, it also has an optional discrete NVIDIA GeForce MX450 GPUs. It is packed with up to 17.3-inch full HD IPS touch display, 24 GB DDR4 Memory, up to 1 TB M.2 PCIe SSD, 2 TB HDD storage, and a dual-band Intel Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+). Moreover, it has an ergonomic hinge design that lifts the body of the Aspire 5 and tilts the keyboard to an angle for comfortable typing, better sound projection, and improved ventilation. It also has Acer Color Intelligence that enhances visuals.
