Google has recently launched its latest version of Chromecast, the company’s own streaming media player.
The 2020 edition of Google Chromecast now supports content up to 4K HDR, Google TV for browsing content and searching without jumping between apps, control smart home devices, and comes with a Voice Remote with Google Assistant. It can still cast content for iOS and Android devices, as well as compatible with Nest speakers and displays.
Apart from browsing hundreds of thousands of TV series and movies to watch, Google TV also organizes all the user’s content across all streaming services in one screen. It also gives personal recommendations depending on the previous programs watched by the users. It also supports the casting of content from the laptop, screen mirroring of Chrome browser, and a dedicated Google Assistant button on the Voice Remote.
The Chromecast with Googe TV is a plug-and-play device and is compatible with TVs with HDMI ports.
A new feature from its predecessor, the new generation
Available in three pastel colors, the Chromecast with Googe TV is now on sale in the US for USD 49.99. It is now available for pre-order in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain and the U.K.
