Red Fiber powered by Radius Telecoms in partnership with Cignal TV has new fiber plans with speeds ranging from 10 Mbps to 400 Mbps. Check out the details of the internet plans, coverage, and how to apply here.
The new Red Fiber broadband plans are different from the previous ones we wrote back in November 2020. Red Fiber by Radius has a new website here but is still in partnership with Cignal TV. So, to avoid confusion, let’s refer to these plans for Red Fiber moving forward.
As for Radius Telecoms, Inc., it is a 100% Meralco company, that deliver services on an end-to-end pure fiber-optic network covering more than 5,000kms in Mega Manila and nearby provinces, as well as Clark and Cebu, with plans to expand to other major cities in the Visayas region.

Customer Service and Application
Red Fiber recently announced its “Get Ready for the RED Life” campaign that wants to highlight its broadband internet service reliability and customer service. The company promised stable internet, higher service reliability, and reduced network downtime compared to other providers.
It also has 24/7 customer service handled by real people, not chatbots or automated messages; the 90-Day Internet Guarantee program, which allows subscribers to discontinue the service within 90 days without pre-termination fees.
As for applications, interested subscribers just need to visit https://www.redfiber.com/, choose a plan, and click on the Apply Now button to fill out an application form.
Red Fiber says that the connection can be installed within three days of an approved application. New customers will be required to submit at least one valid government-issued ID and one valid proof of billing.
RED Fiber is currently available in select areas in Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, Tagaytay, Rizal, and Bulacan.
