Amazon Prime Video is now offering lower subscriptions in the Philippines, for PHP 259 per month, down to PHP 149 per month.
With this price drop amounting to PHP 100, Amazon Prime Video will only cost PHP 149 per month. This development aligns with other streaming which is either creating new cheaper subscription tiers or other adjustments to prices to sustain and gain subscribers and gain more revenue. A good example of this is how Netflix is building up the most affordable subscription plan with ads, HBO GO doing the other way around by raising the monthly costs from PHP 149 to PHP 199 per month, and Disney+ increases their prices in the US from USD 7.99 to USD 10.99 per month.
Amazon Prime Video houses this popular shows such as The Good Doctor, RuPaul’s Drag Race, Carnival Row, American Horror Story, The Boys, Invincible, The Legend of Vox Machina, The Terror, and The Expanse.
It also offers a FREE 7-DAY TRIAL so users can try it for free for a limited amount of time. There’s a catch with the price drop because the PHP 149 per month is only until December 2023, so better take advantage of this low subscription price.
