It looks like a key piece will rejoin the Buffalo Sabres‘ lineup on Saturday.
Head coach Lindy Ruff said forward Alex Tuch “looks like he can play” ahead of Saturday’s game against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Tuch missed the Sabres’ 2-1 loss to the Capitals on Thursday with a lower-body injury. The 29-year-old participated in Friday’s practice, after which Ruff called him a possibility for Saturday.
The winger has 28 goals and 29 assists over 64 games this season, and boasts a plus-18 rating.
