Nokia 6300 4G, 8000 4G now official

HMD Global launches two new 4G feature phones, the Nokia 6300 4G and 8000 4G.

The Nokia 6300 4G is a candy bar phone inspired by the original Nokia 6300. It has a 2.4-inch display, a durable exterior, Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB storage (expandable via microSD slot ), micro-USB port, a single VGA camera, and a 1500mAh battery. It can share internet connectivity to other devices through its WiFi hotspot function, supports Google Assistant, and features apps like WhatsApp, YouTube, and Facebook.

Meanwhile, the Nokia 8000 4G has a premium design, 2.8-inch display, 3D curved keypad,  2MP rear camera, and a microSD slot. It has the same hardware and features as the Nokia 6300 4G, including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB storage, 1500mAh battery, micro-USB port, WiFi hotspot function, and built-in Google Assistant. It is also pre-installed with WhatsApp, Facebook, and YouTube with Google Maps as an addition.


Both smartphones run under KaiOS and can last up to 25 days on a single charge using 4G.

The Nokia 6300 4G is available in Light Charcoal, White, and Cyan Green while the Nokia 8000 4G sports elegant colors of Onyx/Black, Opal/White, Topaz/Blue, and Cintrine/Gold. It is priced at EUR 49 and EUR 79, respectively.
