The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has announced that the 15-hour Theoretical Driving Course is free at LTO Driver’s Education Centers.

Under Memorandum Circular No. 2019-2176, the 15-hour Theoretical Driving Course is one of the requirements implemented by the LTO before one could get a student permit. The LTO is making this free and all you need is to get a schedule at your nearest LTO Driver’s Education Center. Click here for the list.
