Razer has recently unveiled its latest streaming camera, the Razer Kiyo Pro.
The Razer Kiyo Pro is the brand’s new webcam that delivers studio-quality images for a professional level of video conferencing. It is a USB camera equipped with an advanced Type 1/2.8 CMOS sensor with STARVIS technology. With this technology, the FHD USB webcam can detect how bright or dark its surroundings are, and is capable of adjusting accordingly.
The Kiyo Pro is capable of uncompressed full HD 1080p 60FPS. Additionally, it comes with a wide-angle lens that gives an option of three fields of view: 103°, 90° or 80°, making it ideal for video conferencing or streaming. However, the 103° view is wide enough to include everyone in a group video call or allow stream viewers to clearly see live activities, while the 80° view is ideal for a professional headshot view or for game streamers.
Moreover, the Kiyo Pro offers a range of extra features to adapt to any set-up and situation. It comes with flexible mounting options for monitor, tabletop, or tripod mounting. For connectivity, the Kiyo Pro utilizes a USB 3.0 connection to pass a 5GB/s signal. A separate privacy cover is also included to both protect the lens and secure the user’s privacy when not in use.
The Razer Kiyo Pro comes with a price tag of USD 199.99. It is now available for purchase at the official Razer website.
