Globe At Home customers get free tech upgrades for better connectivity

Globe At Home has announced that it is upgrading older broadband technology of its qualified serviceable customers for free to fiber lines.

Those eligible for the free upgrade are current Globe At Home customers who are within accepted credit standing and are located in areas that are serviceable for the upgrade. Customers will be advised by a Globe At Home representative through SMS or email once their location is serviceable with fiber technology. Customers may also apply here—a Globe representative will confirm eligibility between 48-72 hours.

According to Globe, they place importance on investing and expediting its fiber builds, targeting one million fiber lines this year. Doing so allows Globe At Home to offer an enhanced at-home connectivity experience for its customers, which has resulted in a 250% increase in upgraded Postpaid customers in the first half 2021.
