The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) has announced that six Temporary Offsite Passport Services (TOPS) will continue providing passport services until the end of December 2021, to address the demand for additional passport appointment slots.
The six DFA TOPS located in SM Mall of Asia, SM North EDSA, SM Aura, Robinsons Place Las Pinas, Robinsons Place Magnolia, and Ayala Glorietta 3 will continue their operations until the said month.

In addition to these 6 TOPS sites, the DFA has also started rolling out regional TOPS facilities. The department opened its first regional TOPS facility in Olongapo City (SM Olongapo Downtown) on September 1, 2021, and the TOPS facility in San Pedro, Laguna (Robinsons Galleria South) on October 4, 2021.
Furthermore, the department also targets to open more TOPS sites in other regions of the country.
