Charles Jourdain will be fighting in front of his home country once again.
The 28-year-old from Beloeil, Que. announced Wednesday that he will be dropping down to bantamweight to fight American Victor Henry at UFC Fight Night 246 in Edmonton on Nov. 2.
The fight will be a three-round bout.
Jourdain owns a career record of 15-8-1, primarily competing at featherweight.
He has lost both of his fights in 2024, losing by TKO to Jean Silva at UFC 303 in June and by split decision to Sean Woodson at UFC 297 in January.
Henry enters the fight with a 24-6-0 (1 NC) record. The 37-year-old beat Rani Yahya by TKO at a UFC Fight Night in late April.
The event in Edmonton will be headlined by the main event of Brandon Moreno vs. Amir Albazi alongside the co-main event, Erin Blanchfield vs. Rose Namajunas.
Five other Canadians are also scheduled to be on the card at Rogers Place.

Tickets for the event will go on sale on Sept. 20. Edmonton has previously hosted two UFC events at Rogers Place: UFC 240 in 2019 and UFC 215 in 2017.
