Pinkfong’s Baby Shark Dance is currently YouTube’s most viewed video, and it is the first to reach 10 billion views on the video streaming platform.

In a tweet, Pinkfong shared its special milestone as the said music video became the first video in history to hit 10 billion views on YouTube.

The Baby Shark Dance was uploaded on the video platform on June 18, 2016, and became a massive hit on social media. As of today, January 17, 9 AM, the video has 10,027,035,378 views, to be exact.

Following the Baby Shark Dance, Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s hit pop, “Despacito,” now ranks the second most viewed in YouTube history with 7.7 billion views.
