How to Check PhilHealth Contributions Online

In case you didn’t know, PhilHealth has a member portal that enables members to easily access their contribution history and payment summary online. With this, PhilHealth members don’t need to go to the nearest PhilHealth branch to access their records or check contributions as it is readily available with just a few clicks.

PhilHealth’s online portal provides convenient access to regularly check your PhilHealth contribution and to ensure that payments are remitted and posted in your account. If your contributions are updated, then you are assured of PhilHealth benefits when you need them! So without further ado, here’s a guide on how you can easily check your contributions.

Steps on how you can check your PhilHealth contributions online

Step 1. Go to the PhilHealth website at https://www.philhealth.gov.ph.

Step 2. Click “Online Services” at the top menu bar.

Step 3. Click “Register/Login” found under Membership’s Member Portal.

Step 4. Enter your PhilHealth identification number, password, and captcha. If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password?” then enter your PhilHealth identification number, the email address registered with PhilHealth, and the captcha. Once done, click “Send.”

If you are not yet registered with the PhilHealth member portal, click “Create an Account.” Take note that you need to have an existing PhilHealth identification number, email address, and mobile phone number.

However, if registered, proceed to Step 8.

Step 5. Accomplish the “Member Portal Account Creation” by providing your basic information, including PhilHealth identification number, name, mobile number, date of birth, and email address. You also need to provide a strong password. Next, enter the captcha, then click “Create Account.”

Step 6. You will see “Activate Your Account” on the next page. A link will be sent to your indicated email address to complete your account creation. Then check your email account and look for the email from PhilHealth.

Step 7. Click the link in the email to activate your account. After clicking the activation link, you will be redirected to a page that says your account has been successfully activated.

Step 8. Go back to the login page, and enter your PhilHealth identification number, password, and captcha. Once logged in, you can now check your Member Information, Premium Contribution, and User Profile.

The Member Information tab shows your basic information, employer information, and list of dependent/s.

On the other hand, the Premium Contribution tab shows your contribution payment summary and payment history. Here, you may also search for your contributions for specific month/s and year/s.

Moreover, other than viewing membership information and checking contributions, the PhilHealth member portal also lets users print their PhilHealth Member Data Record (MDR). You may print it on the Member Information tab.

• Electronic Group Enrollment System – facilitates registration and billing of Organized Groups.

Benefits
• Case Rates Search – provides members with information on PhilHealth’s benefits packages.
• Claims Eligibility Checking – enables providers to ascertain the benefit availment eligibility of members.

Contribution
• Electronic Premium Remittance System – enables employers to remit their premium contributions online.

Collection
• Electronic Collection Reporting System – enables PhilHealth Accredited Collecting Agents to submit daily RF2 reports online.

Accreditation
• Health Care Institutions – shows the complete list of HCIs, including accreditation status.
