Chuwi has recently unveiled its updated Chuwi HiPad Pro tablet for 2022, which comes with a better display and a more powerful processor.
It sports a 10.8-inch IPS LCD. However, the new screen comes with a 2K resolution (2560 x 1600 pixels) instead of FHD. In addition, it has a pixel density of 288 PPI, a 90% screen-to-body ratio, and it can cover 97% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. It also supports Wacom-powered styluses.
Moreover, the latest tablet is powered by a MediaTek Helio G95 SoC instead of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC. The chipset is paired with 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1. It has expandable storage up to 128GB via microSD. Meanwhile, powering the tablet is a 7,000mAh battery.
For connectivity, it features 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, and USB Type-C. It also sports quad speakers, an 8MP rear camera, a 5MP front camera, and the like.
The new HiPad Pro will hit the market in January, 2022 at a price that is expected to be under USD 299.
