Motorola is set to launch a new Razr phone this year and leaks have shown the design of the device.
According to posts by leaker Evan Blass through 91Mobiles, the new Razr which is under the codename “Maven” will feature a boxy and squarish design and will not have the same chin that previous Razr models had. The phone will also feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button.
The device will also reportedly feature a 50MP main camera and a 13MP ultrawide camera. For selfies the device will have a 32MP selfie camera which will be placed in a punch hole on the display.
The new device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and rumors also say that a higher end variant will be powered by the newer Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus. Display specifications haven’t been revealed yet but reports say that it will have a FullHD+ resolution on the foldable screen.
The device will reportedly launch in China in late July or early August so stay tuned for more updates.
