The Las Vegas Raiders and running back Josh Jacobs have agreed to terms on a new one-year contract worth up to $12 million, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero report.
The new contract will replace the $10.091 million franchise tag Jacobs was initially supposed to play on and ends the running back’s holdout from training camp.
Rapoport and Pelissero also report that Jacobs can earn another $200,000 in incentives with the deal.
The 25-year-old led the NFL in rushing in 2022 with 1,653 yards rushing but the Raiders struggled to a 6-11 record last season.
