Buffalo Sabres forwards Jeff Skinner and Jordan Greenway will be game-time decisions for Thursday’s home game against the Toronto Maple Leafs, the team said.
The slumping Sabres are second-last in the Atlantic Division and have been hurt by key injuries this year.
Skinner has been out since he suffered an upper-body injury at Colorado on Dec. 13. He has 12 goals and 10 assists for 22 points in 30 games this season.
Greenway has been out since suffering an upper-body injury on Dec. 2 at Carolina. The feisty forward has two goals and five assists in 21 games this season.
