The Canadiens will have both forward Jesse Ylönen and defenceman Jordan Harris back in the lineup for Wednesday’s game against the Buffalo Sabres, head coach Martin St. Louis confirmed.
Ylönen was a healthy scratch for the Canadiens’ past two games while Harris has been out with an upper-body injury he suffered on Feb. 11 in a game against the St. Louis Blues.
Harris said after practice on Tuesday that he was feeling ready to return.
To make room in the lineup, St. Louis announced that forward Michael Pezzetta and defenceman Johnathan Kovacevic will be healthy scratches. The Canadiens coach also confirmed Samuel Montembeault will get the start against the Sabres.
In 43 games this season, Ylönen has three goals and four assists while Harris has recorded one goal and six points in 31 games.
You can watch the Canadiens take on the Sabres live on Sportsnet and Sportsnet+ on Scotiabank Wednesday Night Hockey at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT.
