Maple Leafs expect Tavares, Marner and Nylander to play vs. Flyers

The Toronto Maple Leafs expect John Tavares and Mitch Marner to be back in the lineup for Thursday’s game against the Philadelphia Flyers.

William Nylander is also slated to play after missing practice Wednesday with an illness.

Both Tavares and Marner were forced to miss Tuesday’s game against the St. Louis Blues because of an illness. Toronto would end up pulling out a 4-1 win despite missing Tavares and Marner.
