Razer has officially launched the 2021 model of the Razer Hammerhead TWS complete with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and RGB.
The 2nd-gen Hammerhead TWS sports an ANC feature that was unseen in its predecessor. Razer also claims that its new ergonomic design will further enhance sound isolation from ambient noises and weather interference such as wind and rain. Moreover, both earbuds now come with Environmental Noise Cancelling (ENC) microphones for clearer and more isolated voice communication.
In terms of design, Razer has equipped the 2021 model with a customizable RGB feature powered by Razer Chroma. Users can choose from over 16.8 million colors and a suite of effects direct from Razer’s audio app (available on both GooglePlay and Apple App Store).
Similar to the 2019 model, the 2nd-gen model comes pre-installed with a 60ms low latency gaming mode that is further enhanced by an upgrade to Bluetooth 5.2. In addition, an improved battery life of 32 hours of playback (with ANC and RGB off) can be expected from the 2021 Hammerhead TWS.
Other core features include a 10mm dynamic sound driver, on-ear touch controls, IPX4 water-resistant rating, in-app equalizer and customizable sound profiles, and in-ear design inclusive of various tip sizes.
The Razer Hammerhead TWS (2021) retails for USD 129.99 via Razer’s official website.
