Samsung has announced their new PC gaming-centric hardware brand called ‘Inzone’ that will debut with several gaming headsets and gaming monitors that are optimized for PlayStation 5.
Starting with their flagship display, the Inzone M9 monitor boasts a 27-inch 144Hz 4K IPS panel with full-array local dimming, and a one-millisecond gray to gray response time.
The panel covers 98% of DCI-P3 color gamut, DisplayHDR 600-certified, G-Sync compatible, and supports variable refresh rates via HDMI 2.1 port, and when the Inzone M9 connects to a PlayStation 5 via that port, the monitor will automatically switch monitor modes between low-latency and picture processing as it detects the user who is about to watch a film or play a game.
The monitor also features an adjustable height and tilt.
Along with the 4K monitor, Sony also offers 240Hz Full HD monitor, the Inzone M3 with pretty much the same specs except it will have lower dynamic range performance as it capped to VESA’s DisplayHDR 400 certification.
Moreover, Inzone has three variants of gaming headsets: the Inzone H9—wireless via Bluetooth with active noise-cancelling feature, spatial audio support; the Inzone H7—also wireless with better battery life but at the cost of the noise-cancelling feature being absent; and the Inzone H3 that is wired via 3.5mm headphone jack.
