GrabExpress Pabili launches in the Philippines

Grab announced a new service under its platform, GrabExpress Pabili, to help Filipinos in buying their household essentials amid the enhanced community quarantine.

Previously known as GrabAssistant, the on-demand service allows users to ask GrabRiders to buy groceries, medicines, and other items from nearby establishments. Only the delivery fee will be shown on the app. Other additional expenses, such as the total cost of purchase, parking fees, and other miscellaneous fees, should be shouldered by the customer. The maximum price that GrabRiders could buy is up to PHP 2,000 only. Items to be purchased should not exceed the 25 cm x 32 cm x 12 cm standard dimensions prescribed by GrabExpress. Do note that all items indicated on the form should come from the same store only. To change orders in case some items are unavailable in the pickup point, customers may directly contact the riders through SMS, call, or GrabChat. The service also tracks the real-time location of riders.

Unlike any other services, the GrabExpress Pabili does not accept scheduled bookings. Any changes in the pickup and drop-off points require rebooking.

How to book?

The GrabExpress Pabili is now available in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Pampanga, Bacolod, and Iloilo.
