Globe extends no service fees on prepaid load and promo loans until May 28

Globe has extended its “no service fees” offering for prepaid loads and promo loans until May 28, 2020.

Globe and TM prepaid subscribers can continue to borrow load and promos from PHP 5 to PHP 50.  Under the emergency service, eligible customers can also loan 5MB of data for PHP 5 or 3 texts to Globe/TM + PHP 1 worth of load for PHP 4. Only the borrowed amount will be automatically collected on their next top-up.

To check available load promos, loan plans, and emergency text and data services on Globe and TM, customers may dial *143# and check “LOANS” for Globe subscribers and “UTANG” for TM subscribers. Meanwhile, customers who still see
a service fee in the menu description upon visiting *143# will receive a confirmation text that the service fee has been waived after availing the emergency text and data services.
