Realme has launched a cheaper alternative to its 5G flagship, the Realme X50 Pro Player Edition.
The Realme X50 Pro Player Edition sports the same 6.44-inch Super AMOLED display with 100% DCI-P3 gamut coverage and 90Hz refresh rate. It also comes with a Snapdragon 865 chipset, up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 128GB of UFS3.1.
The cameras have been cut down, now only sporting a 48MP main sensor, alongside an 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro, and 2MP portrait. The front camera’s resolution has also been cut in half, now only sporting a 16MP wide camera accompanied by a 2MP portrait lens.
Fortunately, Realme has kept several of the features, such as the stereo speakers, VC cooling, and the 65W super dart fast charging.
The Realme X50 Pro Player Edition is priced in China as follows:
- 6GB + 128GB – CNY 2,699
- 8GB + 128GB – CNY 2,999
- 12GB + 128GB – CNY 3,299
Stay tuned for updates on its local pricing and availability.
