OPPO is recently offering a door-to-door repair service for its customers for free.
OPPO smartphone users residing in Metro Manila may enjoy free door-to-door delivery repair service or service centers in SM Manila, SM North, Novaliches, Alabang, Ayala Manila Bay, and Marikina City.
The initiative aims to reduce physical contact between customers and OPPO service center employees. This also offers Metro Manila customers convenience, picking up or dropping off OPPO smartphones from or to nearby service centers.
Among the services that OPPO offers are screen repair and battery replacement.
“OPPO is always finding ways to cater to the needs of our smartphone users. Our latest Door-to-Door service is part of our commitment to give OPPO users the best after-sales service that we can offer, especially during this trying time by bringing safety and convenience to their doorstep, ” says Mr. Aaron Guevarra, Assistant Aftersales Director, OPPO Philippines.
To set an appointment, check out OPPO’s Service Center locator to contact Metro Manila Service Centers nearest you or message them on Facebook messenger. Once confirmed, an OPPO representative will assist customers in collecting, repairing, and returning their gadgets.
