Initial specifications of the OnePlus 10T 5G have emerged online ahead of its launch on and it may not look like OnePlus-ish anymore as the alert slider is reportedly off the specs sheet.
Tipster Yogesh Brar in a tweet, said the OnePlus 10T will have a 6.7-inch 120Hz OLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1, and a 4,800mAh battery with 150W fast charging.
Configurations include up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS3.1 storage, in either colors of Moonstone Black (with a ‘crater design’) or Jade Green.
Another source claimed that the OnePlus 10T will have primary 50MP Sony IMX766 with OIS on its triple rear camera setup, but no Hasselblad branding, unlike its predecessor, OnePlus 10 Pro.
The same source also mentioned the absence of an alert slider—a hardware feature that is iconic of a OnePlus phone. Twitter folks had it quite disappointing. In a tweet by Marques Brownlee (MKBHD), he said that “A new OnePlus phone without the alert slider feels like them completely giving up on their identity.”

OnePlus, in its former glory, offered devices that are capable of killing flagships with a competitive and affordable pricing. They even probably coined the phrase ‘flagship killer’ with their classics OnePlus 5T or 3T among others.
But hey, at least we still get the OxygenOS and its latest iteration—OxygenOS 13—will also be launched alongside the OnePlus 10T on August 3rd via in-person event in New York City that will be broadcasted at 10 pm Philippine time.
Pricing and availability are yet to be announced so stay tuned for our updates!
