Acer has announced the 2020 versions of the Predator Helios, Predator Triton, and Nitro 7 Gaming laptops. These laptops feature improved cooling solutions and Acer’s new 4th Generation AeroBlade fan.
The flagship gaming laptop Predator Helios 700, it features a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS display running at 240Hz and a 3ms response time. Under the hood, it can be configured with up to an Intel Core i9-10980HK, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super, 64GB of RAM, and two PCIe NVMe SSDs in RAID 0.
The lower-end Predator Helios 300 has the same display but is limited to a 10th Generation Intel Core H-series processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 GPU, and up to 32GB of RAM.
The Predator Triton 300, on the other hand, is Acer’s slim gaming laptop. It’s equipped with a 15.6-inch FullHD IPS display running at 240Hz, with a 3ms response time, covering 100% of the sRGB color gamut. It comes with a 10th Gen Intel Core H-series processor, up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 GPU, and three M.2 SSD slots for storage upgradability.
Lastly, the Nitro 7 is Acer’s most affordable gaming laptop. It’s highest configuration features a 15.6-inch FullHD IPS display running at 144hz, a 10th Generation Intel Core H-Series processor, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 GPU, 32GB of RAM, and a 1TB M.2 SSD in RAID 0.
