Nubia has recently released another member from its Red Magic lineup. Dubbed as the Nubia Red Magic 5S, the 5G gaming smartphone is powered with a Snapdragon 865 processor.
Upfront, it has a 6.65-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz and touch sampling rate of 240Hz and an 8MP front camera placed on the top slim notch. At the back are triple rear cameras consisting of a 64MP Sony IMX686 main, 8MP ultra-wide, and 2MP macro sensors. The Nubia Red Magic 5S has up to 16GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, ICE 4.0 cooling system, silver-plated cooling pad, DTS X Ultra-powered speakers, and 320Hz touch triggers on the side. In terms of battery, it has a 4500 mAh battery which supports 55W wired fast charging.

The Nubia Red Magic 5S comes in two colorways: blue and red gradient and silver. It is available in 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, and 16GB RAM + 256 GB storage. The base model is now available for pre-order at CNY 3,799. Meanwhile, the remaining models will retail at CNY 4,399 and CNY 4,999, respectively on August 1 in China.
