Smart expands services of digital online stores

Smart is expanding the services of its digital online channels in order to address customer needs and requests
more efficiently and safely amid the pandemic.

Customers may order mobile devices, internet devices, apply or renew postpaid plans, buy Smart and TNT prepaid load and mobile data bundles, and postpaid data boosters through the Smart Online Store. They may also buy a prepaid load or pay their bills via the PayMaya app.

Meanwhile, prepaid subscribers may also purchase Smart, Sun, and TNT load on Lazada and Shopee. PHP 50 from every purchase of PHP 500 worth of load in Lazada will go to the Philippine Red Cross for its COVID-19 relief effort.

Smart has also made its prepaid LTE pocket Wi-Fi units, as well as its prepaid SIMs available in Grab. The Smart SIMs, prepaid LTE pocket Wi-Fi, and Smart, TNT, and Sun prepaid load and call cards are now also available via Lalamove and Foodpanda. from partner retailers, supermarkets, and convenience stores.

Beginning August, customers may also buy Smart, TNT, and Sun e-load and call cards, Smart Bro LTE Pocket Wi-Fi, and SIM cards via LalaFood and FoodPanda. In addition, Smart and TNT subscribers may also use The SM Store’s Call to Deliver and MemoXpress Door2Door delivery service to purchase pocket Wi-Fi units, mobile data cards, and other connectivity essentials.
