Xiaomi has recently posted a demonstration of the technology behind its upcoming 3rd-generation under-display camera.
Based on the video shared by Xiaomi president Sho Zi Chew on his Facebook account, the brand’s latest innovation eliminates punch-hole or pill-shaped cutouts on the display’s surface which usually houses a smartphone’s front camera.
The video posted compares the 3rd-gen, under-display camera tech to a Dot Display which is equipped on the current flagship Mi 10 series.
