ASUS unveils its first Wi-Fi 6E gaming router, the ROG Rapture GT-AXE11000.
Sporting lower latency and less connectivity interference, the ROG Rapture GT-AXE1100 gaming router that can send and receive signals in 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz of WiFi bands. When used with a device that supports Wi-Fi 6E, users may experience faster connectivity and better performance offered by the latest 6GHz band.
The router is equipped with a 1.8GHz, 64-bit processor and comes with 1GB of RAM to support multiple devices. It supports 4×4 Wi-Fi 6 connections, GameFirst 2.5G Ethernet port, 2 WAN ports up to speeds of 1 Gbps, eight antennas, AiMesh for extending its range, AirProtection Pro for blocking of intruders and hostile traffic from the network, VPN Fusion for running VPN and internet connection simultaneously, as well as dedicated buttons for Wi-Fi protected setup, wireless radio enable/disable, and a one-touch boost for gaming traffic.
Other features include a programmable ROG logo in RGB lighting and network monitoring through the ASUS Router app.
