OPPO Watch to launch in the Philippines on August 5

Unveiled alongside the OPPO Find X2 series smartphones in China, the OPPO Watch is now coming to the Philippines!

The OPPO Watch comes in three sizes, but only the 41mm variant will be released locally. It features a 1.6-inch AMOLED display built in an aluminum frame with a Fluororubber strap. Powering the watch is a Snapdragon Wear 3100 SoC with an Apollo Chip. It runs on Wear OS by Google powered by a 300mAh battery.

It features seven sensors, including:

  • Tri-axial acceleration sensor
  • Gyroscope sensor
  • Geomagnetic sensor
  • Barometric sensor
  • Optical heartbeat sensor
  • Capacitance sensor
  • Ambient light sensor

The OPPO Watch comes with various connections, including WiFi 3, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, and GPS. It’s also waterproof, up to 30meters.
