Philippine Airlines introduced the myPAL Request Hub to help passengers rebook, refund, or convert their tickets to a travel voucher.
According to Cielo Villaluna, a PAL spokesperson, PAL passengers may request for a rebook, refund, or travel voucher by following these steps:
- Fill up the form provided. (Link here)
- Click the submit button
- Wait for the confirmation email within 5-7 business days
Passengers who purchased their tickets through PAL’s official portals (including their website, mobile app, ticket offices, or reservation hotline) are eligible to request for rebooking, refunding, or travel vouchers. Tickets issued by third-party travel agencies should request booking changes through their travel agent.
Cashless requests may be processed through the online portal, while applications for refunds should be made through the credit card companies or PAL’s NAIA T2 ticket office (for cash refunds).
If the rebooking requires additional payment, the passenger will receive a confirmation email from PAL.
